一、个人简介
张维冠博士,男,中山大学柔性电子学院副教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师,深圳市海外高层次人才。主要从事微纳传感器及触觉感知系统的设计、制备和集成应用研究。在ACS Sensors, Engineering, IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等期刊发表论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目,以及广东省和深圳市面上项目,并作为骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划等重大项目。
